Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Nov 17, 2011 2:09 pm Looking at a quest carpet. It's a SDN one in twist pile. At carpet right it's called villa Maria whispering smoke at $49/m2 laid on bridgestone gold underlay. At carpet court they have 2 quest carpets of different weights in the same colours. 32oz is called a pacific $41/m2 and the 48oz one is called crossly twist at $56.30/m2 laid on gold rubber. In both ranges they have colours of haze fur and whippet. Can anyone confirm if I'm looking at the same carpet when I look at villa Maria and haze fur? Ta. Re: Quest carpet solution dyed -same colours but different n 2Nov 17, 2011 8:55 pm At a guess without seeing either of them I would say yes it was, but can Carpet Right confirm that Villa Maria is 48oz like the Crossly Twist? I would think that Quest only has the 1 colour range & if it looks the same, then it likely is the same. Can you get a sample of both & compare them for quality & colour side by side? I personally would be go with Carpet Court if it was my Purchase, but I'm slightly biased. Hi We are building in the Hunter Valley, our soil test is H1, our builder has advised us they need to have a letter signed for Fair Trading as the new drainage standard… 0 3529 Sorry! I'm new to this forum and have made a mistake in my posting! I'm looking for a structural solution to a stand alone wooden pickets fence with no structural rail… 1 3261 yep you need a joint, foam is easiest, will look fine once rendered with a joint. 2 5222 |
