Craig, if we put the acid on the floor tiles, can it touch the actual tile, or does it have to go only on the grout?
Yes thats ok to put acid on the tile as long as it is not polished natural stone such as polished travertine, polished marble and polished limestone, ceramics and porcelains are not are problem to apply acid on. In saying that only use Phosphoric acid.
I am really suprise they do not want to help you out that is insane but do not worry hopefully many people will see this thread for the next year or so and can make up there own minds who they should buy there tiles from. I have met many unhappy customers who used beaumont tiles and they advertise it as so good but in reality it is so bad.
