Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Aug 10, 2011 10:19 am Hi guys, Have just had karndean vinyl planks laid and just wanting advise on how too clean them. Ie is it ok to vacuum them? We sealed our floor with a gloss and now regret it as the sealer is just scratching really easily. We are going to strip it and stick with the matt look! Anybody else had this problem? Thanks __________________________________ Building Floreat in BALDIVIS with Scott Park Homes Block Purchased: 30 Jan 10 Prelim dox signed with Builder: 17 April 10 Conditional Bank Approval: 20 April 10 Re: Cleaning vinyl planks 2Aug 10, 2011 6:45 pm Yes you can vacuum your Karndean planks. We do it every week at work, but make sure you use the soft part of the vacuum head when doing so. You can buy a cleaner for washing them from your supplier. It’s recommended that you DON’T seal your Karndean flooring; sorry you weren’t told this when you purchased the flooring.
