So far they seem to be OK and have a reasonable amount of grip on the porcelain tiles. On the entertainment unit etc I've used the felt self stick pads (from the same store) so I could test both types but used the felt on items that won't be moved often as I was concerned about sand in the felt, as has already been mentioned.
