Pricing range for solid timber floors

Hi
We are looking at laying solid timber floors I think we would direct stick over existing concrete slab. We are doing approx 165m2.
We really like the look of spotted gum in the wide boards but we are flexible. I really would love to have a ball park idea of the cost to supply and install sand and polish per m2. We are in regional SA so I understand it could be more expensive here but if anyone could tell me what they have paid it would give me an idea.
Any advice comments or thoughts would be great.
Thanks!
Recently had NSW spotted gum select grade installed, 12mm ply, glued and secret nailed to concrete slab, $133 sqm
if you do the 19mm timber on 15mm plywood, you will be looking at at least $150-170 per square meter.

Engineered Timber Flooring Vs Solid Timber

General Discussion

Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity.

Solid plastering around door frames - help... so confused :(

General Discussion

If this is a custom build then I would expect the builder to set out the door frame closer to the wall to avoid the gap between architrave and the wall and or specify…
