I did read here that the forest select was a superceded board but the manuacturer has confirmed that forest select was the premium board. getting a builder to supply & install will increase your normal costs as they add at least 20% on to their price. Thanks Get an independent layer to lay the floor; he will be cheaper than your builder. You buy it, and get a timber floor layer to lay it.
