I understand that Smartstrand will likely be more expensive then this. But I'd like to understand approximate prices. I'm not sure exactly how much I would need, there are 3 rooms of approximate 3.5*3m A hallway, and an open plan with 8*5m approximately. Does anyone know how much it would cost to get the carpet, and the underlay installed? Or are there some other good alternatives I should look at? I'm looking at the cheaper varieties in the smartstrand range Thanks Re: SmartStrand or similar approximate cost 2Apr 27, 2011 10:33 pm Found it, roughly $49 per square metre or close to $180 per linear metre + installation costs I'd definitely need a 15-20% off sale to be able to afford it... 7 11992 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37142 Fair Trading can issue orders to rectify and complete but once the matter goes to NCAT these orders are automatically vacated.
