I am happy with our choice we went with Embellton 12mm Australiana range, colour was spotted gum. I was absolutely 100% going with the gloss and then at the last minute changed my mind to a matt, too many ppl put me off saying that the gloss was high maintenance (eg showed dust and footprints) so it turned me off. Laminate is really easy to care for, another thing I didnt like about laminate was the click clack sound, sounded cheap in my opinion, but the 12mm is better, it still is a little clicky but no more than other engineered flooring. I wanted something that is hardwearing, dont have to worry about pets/kids scratching floors etc and laminate ticked all the boxes.
