Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Feb 13, 2011 4:01 pm We are replacing carpet in our bedrooms and are tossing up either the new IQ150 (aka Rhino) carpet from HN or a wool or wool blend replacement. We have pets (incl. Jack Russell which sheds hair). We are looking for a carpet that will give good service over its life (10-12 years min.) whilst keeping up a good appearance and also that can withstand cleaning from occasional accidents and spills. I've read that IQ150 is very good at resisting stains, is easy to clean and soft to touch but that its life may not be so long. Does anyone have any general advice? Also, are there any classification ratings or technical specs that I should bear in mind?
