We are looking to install tiles in the living area and need to notify strata and the executive committee. In our letter we plan on supporting that our improvements will at very least comply if not exceed the Australian Standard. Therefore they can not stop as installing a titled floor. We do not have a bi-law which stipulates what flooring we can or cannot use. Any you could provide any info on this it would be much appreciated.
