Hi Everyone! We are currently building a house so researching this forum every other day! Its great for advice!! And now i have my own question!
We are laying after handover 600 x 600 polished porceline tiles, and i was wondering if anyone can recomment a great, reasonably priced tiler in the sydney region. They all seem to be overly expensive or their work is **!! Any suggestions would be great! thank you thank you!

we are in western sydney, so think sutherland area would be a little too far for a tiler to travel!
I have made numerous phone calls to tilers and have come up with one i am quite happy with - def price wise - but i am worried that they might be *** - hence the lower price! Its all so confusing!

You could use thermal imaging camera to detect water pipes. You should be able to get a low end version of it for around $250 from AliExpress.

Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional.
