With protecting the surface not much you can do as these products do put water on them cannot use a mop. You can sand back many times as a light sand but only about 3? times as a heavy sand. Do not let people were heel in the house as this will dint the flooring. Yes, neither is termite damage that is not covered by your house insurance. 3 6576 Newbie question for flooring options.
