When soil tests are completed would this not show that top fill was a certain depth? We have never received engineers report or soil classification. but are just waiting to see exact amount and then call them..because I can understand to a degree, but this is way over the tender amount. There are 91 holes and these need 1-2 metres deeper for each. I should have followed up on this thread.
