Laying timber flooring can be done by anyone just takes time. To get my flooring to a standard i was happy with it took about 6 days (2 two people) to lay a little over a 100m2. It it wasnt my floor i could have done it in less time. You will need the follwing. Good drop saw Secret nailer and compressor Also a fixing gun with 40mm nails come in handy to get into places the secret nailer cant. You can only go left or right depending on which way the tougne is facing. If you hallyway is on the furtherst part of the house and you only need to lay timber on one of the sides then all is good.
