But I am not sure about flooring for the open hand basin area - do we just continue with the timber flooring that is to be throughout the rest of the house or have it as a separate tiled area? These sort of 3 way bathrooms are very common in new houses in SA, ours and all the ones I have seen have the same tiles in bathroom and toilet and also in the vanity area.
