Also what is the best finish on floorboards when you have inside dogs? There are so many options and I am finding that sanding and polish companies leave the colour choosing and finish up to you. But I need advice on what is going to be the most practical and compliment my walls I want to see samples so I can see what will look best in my house. I dont think they understand how much the colour of the floorboard and the finish will impact the house...I am finding they all just brush it off as being something that needs no thought.
