To sand, varnish and polish will be another $25 so that is $50 per square metre installed, sanded, varnished and polished. All you need to do is supply the wood and underlay. This was the average quote price when I rang around here in Melbourne. Some were about $5 dearer. This will change the price alot aswell. Will also depend on what glue they use, for direct stick you can't go past Bostik Instant Pro or as its known now as Ultraset. No that was a guesstimate for laying only. As buildersedge said you really need to sort out the details I think sanding/sealing is around $25-$30 sq. metre.
