Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 May 03, 2009 8:41 pm I don't know how this has happened, but we had planned on 'Grey' tones throughout our house, and somehow, most of our selections have been brown tones. We've used Dune outside which has come out more brown than the light grey we thought it was, and our bathrooms are brown colours. In the kitchen, I chose Laminex Polar White cupboards with Diamondgloss Puremineral Stone benchtops. I have HATED my splashback tiles since the day they were selected, and I think they are the reason why I'm finding chosing the floor tiles so difficult. On their own, they do look like they're more of a light grey colour, but up against the benchtop, they look beige I can't believe I let myself get talked into that one I had planned on having polished concrete throughout the majority of the house, but now that that isn't going to happen, I need to chose a tile. But now I'm not sure what floor colour to put with these colours.
