Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Feb 25, 2009 3:13 pm Hi
We are currently looking at timber flooring for the house we are building, but the prices had us ... We will be doing about 200m2, in Eastern States blackbutt or similar. My husband likes the wider boards, and seems to think plank on ply is the way to go, but I am not sure yet. The place we went to yesterday, was $100 to lay pm, $20pm for plank on ply, and $70 ish pm for regular wood and more for the wider boards- Any suggestions of places to try in Perth that you could recommend? Or ways to cut cost? Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15884 2 4657 3 5579 |
