Can also be used in domestic enviroment but may require occasional polishing. Carpetworld in Hawthorn have a range of Marmoleum. But for the cost and maintenance there are better products out there nowdays. We only ever seem to do it when an architect gets fancy and specifies it! Re: Marmoleum?? 4Jan 08, 2009 11:46 am Its what was used to be called lino or linoleum. Technology is much better now. Uses natural products so is eco-friendly. Lots of choices of attractive colours. Durable. Easy to clean. Glass/crockery friendly. Needs to be maintained annually with a polish. Warranties are good. Cheaper than other forms of flooring. |
