Browse Forums Flooring & Floor Covering 1 Sep 23, 2023 7:23 pm Can anyone give me feedback as to whether this layout would work for our floors? It’s unconventional as we are laying XPS on top of our concrete slab and want to have granite stone tile floors. We are thinking of adding 75x50 treated pine between the XPS so that we have something to nail the FC sheets to other than the XPS. Also thinking the timber might help mitigate any flex the FC and XPS could have? I just didnt want to risk interfering with the existing house… 4 21141 you need to make an application to your local council for this as they are the approval authority for driveways cheers Simeon 1 16427 |
