Laundry isn't 100% waterproofed and as a result, yellow tongue subfloor is wet and has swollen which, in turn, has caused a slight elevation to the tiles by 1-degree. Question: Can drying to the laundry help to reduce the swelling to the subfloor or would you recommend replacing the subfloor? ** This is insurance works, so I cannot leave the floor as is. A repair or replacement is required to restore the flooring to a pre-loss condition.
