We have a top-floor apartment with a concrete slab. I value privacy so want something that will do a good job. The supplier of the timber swears by Quiet Step which is only 2mm thick, but has decent ratings and is cheap! Trying to figure out what's best, Quiet Step, Regupol 5mm, or Angel Step Gold 8?
