Hi, We’re currently building a new solar passive home. Ideally we would’ve liked polished concrete floor finish. But unfortunately due to our location, living fairly remote. There is no one nearby with the expertise for this.
So we’re considering vinyl plank flooring, in colour bleached oak.
Has anyone has experience with this floor type, and has it been what you expected?

Levelling compound Ardit is the best but buy a bag of sand and make sand dam to protect your wood floor
