I upgraded tiles from ceramic to porcelain and builder is charging as below -
Provide additional cleaning requirements due to client upgrading to polished Porcelain internal floor tiles - $650
Can you please comment if this is normal?

Once the tiler lays them the surface of the tiles is quite hazy after grouting as the coating holds any fine dust. They generally need 2 or 3 cleans before the Tile surface is totally clean and will sparkle for you, so i personally dont think its unwarranted.
