Hi Everyone,
Which flooring will be felt comfortable at the cold winter mornings (without underfloor heating), but considering that the house itself is well insulated (double glazed, good insulation throughout) and the rooms will be pre-heated with hydronic radiators (in the rooms) and heated towel racks (in the bathrooms)?
I am currently thinking of Engineered Hardwood with 6 mm cork underlay in the living areas and bedrooms and luxury vinyl tiles on top of the same 6 mm cork underlay + moisture screen in bathrooms.
Will this set up provide comfortable feeling when barefooted?
Thanks in advance
WBR,
Alex
