We have about $140 p/m to spend, over 100 square metres.
the main thing I am having problems with is the slight bevelled edge that the pre-finished boards seem to have. I just don't like the look. Not sure if this is a quality thing at some of the carpet places I have looked at. I haven't been to any proper wood laying companies as yet. (Am doing what I can from my laptop!)
So, any suggestions that may fit into my price range, and have a natural, FLAT look, whilst also being hard wearing?
Or am I pondering the bevelled edge too much? Does it not stand out so much in a vast area, or is it as obvious as I think?
(this will be for a long entrance/ hallway, kitchen, dining, living, secondary hallway to bedrooms.
Cheers
Darcy
(I put this in the general section, then thought it was maybe more appropriate here.
