Browse Forums Window Furnishings Re: Blind options for wide window 8Apr 24, 2015 4:07 pm robbie_p Yup agreed.. As our window faces onto our verandah (kids often outside there) and doesnt get huge amounts of sunlight, if we went for venetians we would only open/close the slats. The thing i find with roller blinds is that its "all or nothing" i.e fully open of fully closed. True! Some people who want to go with rollers, but want something in between 'open' or 'closed' choose to get a double roller blind with a blockout fabric, and a sunscreen (sheer) fabric - http://www.homeblindsaustralia.com.au/roller-blinds/dual/sunscreen-blockout So that's another option you could consider. As xxkatxx said though, while many fabrics will come in a width of 3000mm, some don't. So just shoot me an email if you see a specific fabric you'd like to enquire about.
