Haha yep above the stairs I like the light it let's in but don't want it piercing through into our bedroom at sunrise lol we also have a random one in our extra WIR could make it interesting getting dressed haha Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Did dollars curtains and blind come out and do a quote? We've been given the number of a guy from neighbour's & my cousin who they both used that does it all himself so he is apparently alot cheaper then other places. I'm just a bit lost when it comes to all of this haha as he doesn't do curtains as well so we would have to go to 2 different places Re: Curtains & Blinds Help! South East Melb Companies? Recom 4Nov 02, 2014 12:28 am that's tricky, dollar curtains are coming to do a measure on the 11th and the other girl a week after. it's a lot to consider when you are building a new home. who is doing your fencing? that's another one considering you have to approach your neighbours so you can share. I am not good at this- hope I have good neighbours lol. - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: Curtains & Blinds Help! South East Melb Companies? Recom 5Nov 02, 2014 12:39 am You just reminded me I was going to post a number on your thread for the guy who did one of our fences will do it tomorrow as I think it's on the hubby's phone. I'm happy with the job they did & our neighbour's had found them for us so was easy. Price was reasonable as well. We didn't have trouble with fencing as somehow our neighbour's got our address atm and sent us a quote in the mail & from then on we started talking & they seem great . However the other neighbour's we haven't spoken to, their building sent us a letter with a quote and we just dealt with them. I'm not happy with that fence especially after the neighbour's cut a metre out of it to get soil into their backyard(without even asking us) & having it ******* put back on with gaps. Sorry didn't mean to vent lol dw I was nervous about neighbour's too haha its the luck of draw I guess. I'll keep any eye out on your thread to see how you go with the quotes . Oh it's huge to consider with a new home, so expensive & wanting to make they are ready in time for move in as I don't want to be one of those houses with newspaper on their windows Re: Curtains & Blinds Help! South East Melb Companies? Recom 6Nov 02, 2014 12:45 am hahah, so true. you are lucky that you didn't have issues with fencing. ATM nothing is happening on both our neighbours' lots on either side, meaning maybe they are not ready to build so we have to approach them - Build thread- My Allegra- Dream by Henley Re: Curtains & Blinds Help! I think you should be able to approach the council to send the quotes to your neighbour's gosh it's so late lol sleep time I reckon, I'll msg you the fencers number tomorrow & I'll see if I can get a few photos of our fence to show you Re: Curtains & Blinds Help!
