We are waiting on the land title from the Whittlesea council. The application was filed on 30/09. Anyone has information on how much time it takes for council to approve the land title.
Civil work is all complete, road name and the house number are also allocated. There is street signpost on that piece of block.
Our is stage 1 of this land development with 39 lots to be titled by the council for this stage.
