Probably no help cause we're not at Sunny Coast, but my mum is in Fraser Coast and on a corner block. Her road continues front and side of her house (as in it doesn't change to a different road name, and she has to have the 6m setback that you usually have at the front at the side aswell. Apparently if it was a different road at the side, normal side setbacks would apply. It really reduces her build area, but gives her a nice big side yard.
Does anyone know the council setbacks for building on a corner block on the Sunshine Coast?
I can't easily find this on the council website

Normally the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme refers back to the Queensland Development Code (QDC)
Below is a link for lots over 450m²
Hope this helps,

Once again went and saw the builder and the size of the building needs to be reduced as it is too big for the block. The whole thing is just re lump - summed. Doesnt seem right.
