I think before you put on any offers, do your research on floor plans you like to find out what minimum block width & depth those houses need. Good luck! Rear living could be north, although width might be tight? I actually think #16 or #24 might be worth considering due to their 'east/west' orientation. Mostly because you can have your main living areas on the long north aspect, especially with no major obstructions to your north (apart from the existing property, but single story?....if so 5-6m clearance to your building would be plenty). Also #17 isn't too bad either for similar reasons to above.
