Have you chosen an home to build? This will also be a deciding factor. Do you prefer a wide frontage - blocks 13 & 14. I think before you put on any offers, do your research on floor plans you like to find out what minimum block width & depth those houses need. Good luck!

I also think #14 would be good with dual crossovers for possibly rear shed and front garage. Rear living could be north, although width might be tight?
I actually think #16 or #24 might be worth considering due to their 'east/west' orientation. Mostly because you can have your main living areas on the long north aspect, especially with no major obstructions to your north (apart from the existing property, but single story?....if so 5-6m clearance to your building would be plenty). Also #17 isn't too bad either for similar reasons to above.
So yeah maybe look at those East-West blocks, and if you can get the front facing west even better....use your garage for sun protection!
