Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Oct 07, 2022 3:34 pm Hi I have a contract on a block of land that has a concreted easement runing the total length of the property (pictures attached). Title search includes this is part of my land. My question is does anyone know how close to the easment I can build a house/shed in QLD. The realestate said I can add a grate over the drain to use as part of my driveway. Contract is yet to be signed. I am keen to settle the property but not without having a clear idea what I can do with the land. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16130 You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 17138 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 3327 |
