Cost of building on a sloped block?

Hello, I am just looking for some advice.
I am about to purchase a block of land. It is approx 618m in size and slopes from the street downwards approx 2-3 metres over a 30.9m depth and 20m width.
I am hoping to build with the slope as there is a nice view to utilise. At the lowest point of the block the house would be raised on stumps or similar so it is elevated to see the view.
I am wondering if anyone has any general advice for this scenario regarding site costs etc?

For a guide, my 200sqm spantec subfloor was $20k on a gently sloped block (range of 600mm to 1000mm), steeper block just means longer peirs which in my case would have added like $500-$1500 max.
