Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 7Aug 30, 2016 10:19 am Completely agree & we can even have a wats app group later on... But how do we get others to join this.... Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 11Oct 17, 2016 11:03 am irizvi Hello everyone, I am thinking of buying a lot at Halycon Rise, but my concerns about around how long will it take for Box Hill to become actually livable, what are your opinions on this. Hi Irizvi, I had the same concern. That's one of the reasons why I went with Halcyon Rise. Most of the big developers (ie: Gables) have promised registered lands from mid 2017, where as Halcyon says x'mas 2017. Which means, by the time we're done with building, most of the facilities (roads, parks, shopping malls) should be there, in theory. Thanks for the quick response Indika, so hypothetically speaking if we move in by end of 2018, I guess public schools will still be not there. do you think we would be in Rouse Hill schools' en catchment or Riverstone? I think the schools in Box Hill will be ready by that time. I was checking the construction in Gables and they are like half way through the parks and stuff. One of my friends who bought in Gables, will be speaking to the agent as well as the council. Will let you know when I hear back from him. Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 15Nov 22, 2016 10:54 am Hi guys I purchased LOT 95 now LOT 215 after the change of lot numbers. Just wondering if anyone else has had their land size changed during this process?? mine has gone down in size and I have lost over 1 metre and half in length and about 60cm in width Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 16Dec 02, 2016 11:40 am Hi all, We too have purchased lot 344 now after changed lot names. Yeh our lot size is also reduced Calculated $7000 for the differed size. Hope the schools start by the time the houses are built, but as per what we heard shopping center, schools... would take around 3 years to complete. Also worried hope the school has good staff and quality.. funding maybe to provide necessary things....as everything would be new. @Indika did you hear anything about the school catchment etc from your friend ? Good to discuss things here everyone. Do keep updating as you hear any thing. Tc Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 17Dec 02, 2016 12:07 pm Hi all again, I couldn't wait to hear about the school. I had some time so called the council they didn't have any info. I had to call the dept of Education. No help. So called Rouse Hill Public School. The catchment for Terry Rd & Old Pitt Town Road would be Rouse Hill Public School. And if the child is enrolled they would stay there till the parents want to get them out. So it's a good news for me ? Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 18Dec 13, 2016 7:34 am Hi All, I am happy to form a wats app group of Halcyon rise community and we talk more frequently and easily. Good to see lot of others have joined this group. I purchased lot 96 but still havent been notified abt my new lot no. They have advised my solicitor that they will be notified in due course. Any suggestion as to what i can do.. Regards Ankit Re: Halcyon Rise - Box Hill Lj Hooker 19Dec 13, 2016 7:35 am Looking forwad to meet the new neighbours!!!
