My concern is that on original contours which I know weren't final when agent sold block to us, had a 5% fall - according to council they are now between 13-18%. We cannot build the home we want now

sounds easy but we have a beautiful 2 story home now and did not want to build one with steps (we are not young)

however to sell the land now we would lose a lot of money - so we are now building a split level

Split level has more steps?

yes BUT the site costs to do a single level is horrendous
