Got another update and looks like there are further delays as Stage 3&4 next month and Stage 5&6 in July end.
The developer cannot cancel the contracts anymore under sunset clause as the law has changed -
The Sale of Land Amendment Bill 2018 will restrict the use of sunset clauses without the purchaser's consent. The changes mean off-the-plan contracts cannot be terminated by a vendor under a sunset clause without the written consent of the purchaser or by order of the Supreme Court of Victoria

High time something came into place
Realistically looking what happens to the false promises of stage 3&4 in April
Two moths further down
Where as they achieved completion in December
And stage 5&6 completion only expected in April which means Iam sure they have to stay another six months
Will see if they release 1&2 next month
Is there anyone here from Stage 1&2? Can someone give any updates on they are moving with their land titles?
I reckon that the new law is applicable to landowners who purchased from August 2018.
