I hope someone can help me. I'm thinking about getting a house and land package in Aurora and the builder will hold the price until June 2019. This is all good as LendLease estimates the title of the land will be ready between February and May 2019, however I want to check how delayed the titles have been in real life as the builder will charge $1000 for every extra month after June 2019 for a maximum of 6 months and then either dump the contract or adjust the prices.
I'd appreciate any feedback.

The problem is Builders are waiting for rates to drop In the meantime you are stuck.. there is nothing a lawyer can do if its the std HIA or MBA building contract... ?
