Hey all, this is my first post here. I'm about to put down a deposit for a block of land in True North estate, Greenvale. And I couldn't find any threads about that estate here so I thought I'd create one.

The builder will be able to provide you with the costs for these. Internet, etc will be activated once the build finishes - the costs would depend on the provider. Have you received any title/settlement date for your land? Hi Canopus, Thanks for your answer. I haven’t got any settlement date as of now. I have recently spoken to the sales agent and he has told me that the stage 11 will definitely get the titles in Jun 2019. The news showing the others had like a 50k difference between the valuation amount and the price they got the land is both heartbreaking and terrifying.
