If anyone can give their 2c worth, it would be appreciated.
Looking at a block in SE Brisbane Council and unable to get clear answers from agent.
Q1: How close to a sewer manhole can you build - considering there is 1m fill surrounding it?
Q2: Why would the development footprint hatch include the manhole and sewer easement?
Q3: Any thoughts why there is a 1m wide sewer access easement when the sewerline doesn't run through it?
See attached plan for site and possible house outline (proposing to move garage back towards manhole)
