Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Feb 22, 2021 11:30 pm I am considering building a new house but I'm trying to work out if I even have the budget to buy land and build. I have been looking around and found a vacant block but it looks like there are not sewerage or electricity lines connected to the plot - basically an open field. Does anyone know what the cost to get the block connected up? Is this something that is usually part of your build that the builder would manage for me? Thanks!
