I have a question regarding design guidelines for Crest. Did Mirvac gave any design guidelines for building at crest? Do we need to get approval of our designs with mirvac/crest before we go for council or CDC approvals?
We just finished the design of our home and looking for the next steps. Any direction would be of great help.

The only guidelines we were given was that the fence had to be lapped and capped timber

I am not aware of anything other than the Fencing thing neo already mentioned. Its really matter of your design being approved by council i believe. I would however give Mirvac a call to to be sure to avoid any delay in the Future.

Yes we have moved just before xmas and so far its been great at Crest. People are nice and friendly if you approach them. Kids love the park.

Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow…
