mine was with Camden Council and lodged by my builder. I was able to track it for the whole time through council's website.
This is pretty nice that you can see how many applications are being lodged, from which area, who lodged it, and for what purpose. Gives you an idea what happening in the area development wise.

my lot was lodged for the subdivision certificate to the council.
Can someone guide me how to check the status please? I am looking at the below link with my lot number and suburb. Where can I get the application number to search?

Your street is not showing up on council's database yet. But below link covers all applications made between Dec 1, 2017 - Today.

Awesome - now to pay for it LOL
ne0x Our street numbers have now been assigned by Council and updated with LPI this morning. To check which number you are:
1. Go to http://www.nswlrs.com.au/
2. Select Free Online Searches
3. Select Find Records
4. Click View on Reverse Street Address Inquiry
5. In title reference type your lot number/1214793 then do the security challenge thing and hit perform search
Now we will be issued with notice to settle and have to start paying lol

howz everyone? just a little update. i got a call from builder today. Construction starts from next week
I have one question though. Anyone knows what would be the average cost of fencing in Crest? My neighbor contacted me as he wants to put the fencing in before he moves in next month. He sent me a single quote for fence between his and my side. What is per sqm cost these days for treated Pine lap fencing?
