We are in Stage 3. Expected land title July/Aug but might be delay for a month or 2.

Yes, we are building with Henley. We have information session with them this week.
Ours were titled back in Sept. Now just waiting for ordering from Builder to start the build. It will be either 1st week for Dec or 2nd week for Jan as contractors normally don't work from 15th Dec to 15 Jan.
