I haven't received anything yet.
We've received the same notice, and a similar amount (420m2)
Ok so that must be the new rate based on the fact that these are now residential lots. And as soon as the houses are built, we will get another letter with even larger rates

we found one on FB. he gave us a decent quote. His name is Scott. His landscaping name is Holwerda landscaping

Do you reckon if $700 for a simple fencing gate is a reasonable price?
The corner is 1.7 meter therefore 1 meter gate wnd .7 meter wing fence.

Who's done your quote..... I have a verbal quote for cash for $500, 2m gap, with a 1m steel framed gate
Mine was for $600
Even I got quote for side gate on corner block for $600 from Mr fencer.
