It has nothing to do with stage 2. Sorry Ting Ting, that's not correct Everything in Stage 2 including the High-Density houses are part of the same sub division The High-density house are LOT A Subdivison PS738353A The rest of us are LOT 2## Subdivision PS738353A Rome247 Have a look at the link below. This is from the meeting on JULY 17. This mat be in relation to the townhouses but not certain if that is what is holding back our Titles. https://www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/download/meetings/id/466/item_1_-_development_of_19_dwellings_at_360_princes_highway_officer. This document explains it pretty well. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1063Jul 28, 2017 6:43 pm OK.... I'm Holding the statement of compliance for stage one singed by Council delegate 29.03.2017. And that compliance is not for Civil construction work that is going on now in stage one for the town house there. The same will apply to stage 2 Stage 2, like stage 1, is getting a compliance statement for civil construction work that was done, as per the sub plan. There is no construction work done on the area where the town houses will be and stage 2 does no require a permit. You only get permits when you build houses, so you will not find stage 2 in Council permit section, The land where the town houses are was just set up a Civil construction company to do the work in future, as they are doing now in stage 1 Our compliance has nothing to do with the town houses and the Sub plans show exactly that. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1064Jul 30, 2017 7:09 pm And if you read the council meeting on the Town Houses from the site you posted. Point 7 to 37 show all the work required, land and all, And the end the Notes state the following. ( This planning permit no force or effect until such time the Statement of Compliance is issued for Stage 2 of planning permit T120482 and a title has been issued for the subject site being Lot A PS738353A ) So you see. Us getting compliance for stage 2 has no relevance to the Permit of the Town House. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1066Jul 31, 2017 8:17 am Two requests by the Council is still outstanding according to spear.... The only place you will get to know anything is from the council if they got those requests or what is holding them up. Don't bother calling your Builder, Solicitor, developer or the town houses permit. Its in the hands of the council and that's who you ask. about the outstanding requests. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1076Jul 31, 2017 1:19 pm Puddlette Hopefully! Our valuation came through today too. Very happy! I cannot wait until we can all start building. Hey Puddlette, I'm not worried about figures but did the land value come back better than the purchase price? Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1077Jul 31, 2017 1:30 pm Much better than expected. I expected the worst because I know banks would provide a valuation based on worst case scenario / easy sell if the owner defaulted etc. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1078Jul 31, 2017 2:48 pm Oliver Hume just called me back after our multiple attempts to contact someone last week. She advised statement of compliance has been received.... She also said titles can take anywhere from 7-21 days so to hang in there. Let's wait and see... Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 1079Jul 31, 2017 4:11 pm From here on every case will be different. There is 14 days to pay the settlement from the time your solicitor gives you the documents to do so, and even this will vary from case to case. Plus not all banks pay at the same time within the 14 days. Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6446 Well these guys are not looking good...
