Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC? 65Jun 25, 2016 6:13 pm Depends on the builder and what deals they have going at the time. Flooring, driveway, front path, evaporative cooling included with ours. They reckon it will be ready end of July/start of August. Am building with Burbank too and so far the process has been good. Getting Burbank to price and sort out the actual system was an absolute nightmare tho, 6+ months of asking over and over only to be told a system to cool our house doesn't exist (too big apparently) and they can only do add on cooling to the gas ducted heater. The communication from sales to estimators to air conditioning contractors was bad, but in the end we asked to speak to the contractor directly and sorted out the entire air conditioning in 1 meeting. So if you are looking to get refrigerated ducted cooling I would definitely try and get something priced with Burbank and compare it with some outside contractors cos from my experience they are quite competitive.
