Browse Forums Buying Land Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC? 42May 24, 2016 6:47 am I would recommend stay away from Burbank. I am building with them right now and totally disappointed with building stage. They are totally slow, lack if communication, cant contact the supervisor, always delays and a lot of excuses. You better google it "product review Burbank" and you will know what I am talking about. They are one if the worst builder in Australia. Totally disappointed. Go with builders with higher customer satisfaction. Burbank is no 41 and you know what that means. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC? 43May 24, 2016 10:12 pm I cannot fault Burbank, I am very impressed with my build so far. Where are you building? You are one of the lucky one with smooth experience. I was not so lucky at all. My site was neglected for almost 1 month plus without any activity at all. The site supervisor was unreachable. I complained a lot to them these days and I can see little bit of progress. There are a lot molds on my frame!!! After I complained then I was told that my brick will only available the following month!!! There seems to be poor coordination or too busy. I have bought in Aspect/Arcadia. We payed about $210k for 450m2 about 12 months ago and I'd be curious to know what the same size block would be selling for now. I notice the developers don't publish prices unless you ask. It was nice to see the article on officer town center. I really hope they start the ball rolling soon, though it doesn't look like it. We have booked Porter Davis to start building in September, just as a precaution, so as long as the land has titled by then I will be happy, otherwise there are financial penalties.
