The clear weather this week has really help to push things along. Roads and Footpaths need to be cleaned. I can assume this is something common that is done by solicitors in preparation of settlement when the registration date is known. Im in stage 2c as well. I got the email last friday and transfer letter Tuesday from my conveyancer.
